  We had gotten our phones when it was the buy one get one free promo for the iPhones ! Come to find out , it was only the 16 gb phones . Which I was never informed of. We were asked which color we wanted and that was it !! The gentleman went back to the room and brought us the “free phones” again just asked color. No informing of gb which size anything !! A few months later started paying attention to my bill to find out I’ve been getting charged for these free phones !! Go into the store today to speak with manager Mohammad , and the answer I got was ya their free after you pay for them for 18 months ! How is that even an answer that makes sense ! Than it’s not free !!! They were all rude , had no customer service , and no answers ! Sprint is a scam !!! Worst mistake of my life !!!
