  Bad customer service. While getting my warranty replacement phone, was offered a brand new tablet with unlimited data with no monthly data plan fee, only have to pay the $40 activation fee. I was very thrilled but at the same time I was asked a lot of times the sales agent and making sure there's no monthly data plan fee and it's unlimited 4g data and always being assured of that. It turned out that same day when I called customer service to verify that. The tablet was enrolled into a data plan with monthly fees. Then when I went back to return the tablet, I was being charged with $25 re-stocking fee.
